Black Masterbatch (Textile Grade) is a high-quality color concentrate based on polypropylene (PP) carrier resin, containing finely dispersed carbon black pigments. It is specially designed for fiber and textile applications, offering deep black coloration, excellent dispersion, and minimal impact on mechanical and spinning performance.

Processing Guidelines

• Ensure resin and masterbatch are properly pre-dried if moisture is present.
• Recommended let-down ratio: 1–3% depending on required opacity and color depth.
• Compatible with standard fiber extrusion and spinning lines.

Packaging & Storage

• Supplied in 25 kg PE-laminated moisture-proof bags.
• Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated environment below 40°C.
• Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity.
